How we keep your documents confidential
Information security and document confidentiality
At no stage can anyone see or save your document or text.
Here’s a security summary:
- We process all text analysis within the Credosity SaaS memory (built on Microsoft Azure servers). It’s never stored to disk.
- We discard your document and/or text from secure server memory after every analysis.
- We send performance statistics, not written content, securely via SSL to our Microsoft Azure Australian servers via a HTTPS connection. The security controls for data in motion are via HTTPS using a current SHA256RSA SSL Certificate from GeoTrust.
