The trouble with bias is we don’t know we’re biased.
Awareness is the key.
Research is showing clearly that the companies winning, and winning big, are those embracing diversity and inclusion (D&I).
D&I makes us aware of our unconscious bias in areas such as:

– disability.
D&I asks us to step into shoes we may never have worn, and celebrate what’s unique about every individual.
