Serial commas (or Oxford commas) are often fought about. Some always use them, some never. But the answer is, as usual, ‘sometimes’! This infographic explains it well.
Its best line:

You kinda need the serial comma there, after Clinton, or it sounds like Bill and Oprah are your parents!
